Account Manager

The function:

As an account manager at Siteads you will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and developing existing relationships. You will play a pivotal role between the customer and the internal organization. Together with our online experts you translate the wishes of the customer into sales solutions that connect to the services of Siteads.


Tasks:

The activities include:
  • Maximizing the ROI on existing partnerships;
  • Develop, promote and implement solutions in the field of e-commerce and e-marketing for our advertisers;
  • Working with the sales managers in generating new advertisers and increase revenue from existing ones;
  • Effective use of tools for measuring and communicating campaign results;
  • Provide management and control information;
  • The professionalization of the account management


  • Your Profile

    With your high working and thinking level, you have at least 2 years experience as an account manager / sales executive. You also feel at home in the online marketing world. As a Siteads account manager you gain trust with your customers through your commitment, flexibility, creativity and responsibility. Furthermore you can take the initiative both as team player but also as an individual. You master the English language perfectly and have preferably a good knowledge of Spanish, German and / or another second language.
